Sharon Hartwell is a Canadian politician serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia for the electoral district of Bulkley Valley-Stikine since 2024. A former village councillor and mayor of Telkwa, she has an extensive background in municipal governance, including leadership roles with the Union of BC Municipalities and the Federation of Canadian Municipalities. Hartwell previously worked as a business owner and served on the Northern Health Board. In the provincial legislature, she acts as the official opposition's Critic for Rural Communities and Rural Development.
