Connie Egan

Connie Egan is a Northern Irish politician serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) for North Down, having been elected in the 2022 Northern Ireland Assembly election. Prior to her election to the Assembly, she served as a councillor for Bangor West on the Ards and North Down Borough Council, where she was the youngest woman ever elected to that body. Her professional background includes working as a constituency and research officer for Alliance MLA Chris Lyttle. Egan is an active member of Amnesty International and serves as a governor of Trinity Nursery School in Bangor.
