Conor D. McGuinness is an Irish politician serving as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Waterford constituency since the 2024 general election. A member of Sinn Féin, he serves as the party's spokesperson on Rural Affairs, Community Development, and An Ghaeltacht, and was appointed chairperson of the Oireachtas Committee on Fisheries and Maritime Affairs in 2025. Previously, he served on the Waterford City and County Council and represented Ireland on the European Committee of the Regions. McGuinness is an Irish speaker and a former language planning officer who has been active in trade unionism and youth mental health advocacy.
