Costas Menegakis

Costas Menegakis is a Canadian politician and businessman currently serving as the Member of Parliament for the electoral district of Aurora—Oak Ridges—Richmond Hill, having been elected in the 2025 federal election. He previously represented the Richmond Hill district from 2011 to 2015 and served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration. During his earlier tenure, he successfully introduced the Justice for Animals in Service Act, also known as Quanto's Law, which established specific legal protections for law enforcement and service animals. Before his political career, he worked in senior corporate management and founded a marketing company.
