Craig Hoy is a Scottish Conservative politician serving as a Member of the Scottish Parliament for the Dumfriesshire constituency. Before his election to the Scottish Parliament in 2021, he served as a councillor on the East Lothian Council. A former journalist and businessman, Hoy has held various shadow cabinet roles, including Shadow Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Local Government, and previously served as the Chairman of the Scottish Conservatives. He is openly LGBT+ and resides in Moffat, Dumfriesshire.
