Dong Ngoc Ba is a Vietnamese politician and legal expert currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Vietnam for the 15th term representing Bình Định province, as well as a Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on Legal Affairs. He holds a Ph.D. in Law and spent over two decades working within the Ministry of Justice, eventually serving as Director General of the Department of Normative Document Inspection before transitioning to full-time legislative duties.
