Dagmar Kaselitz is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, representing the Social Democratic Party (SPD). Born in Plauen, she initially trained as a zootechnician before earning a degree as a biology teacher. She worked in the school system in Penzlin from 1983 to 1990 and later held various administrative roles in the city's cultural sector. Kaselitz first served in the state parliament from 2014 to 2016 and returned to the legislature in November 2019. Between her parliamentary terms, she served as the Integration Commissioner for the state government of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from 2016 to 2019.
