Dailami Firdaus is an Indonesian politician and businessman serving as a member of the Regional Representative Council (DPD RI) representing the Jakarta special region. Born on December 12, 1964, he comes from a prominent Betawi religious family as the grandson of prominent Islamic scholar Abdullah Syafi'i and son of Tuty Alawiyah. Alongside his political career, he has worked as an academic, serving as Vice Rector II at the As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University in Jakarta, and holds degrees from American University, IBM, and State University of Jakarta.
