Daisuke Nakamura is a Japanese politician and clinical psychologist currently serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly representing Kita Ward, Kobe. Before entering politics, he worked as a school counselor, a criminal psychologist at Kakogawa Prison, and a journalist for the Kobe Shimbun.
