Ryuna Kanemura is a Japanese politician currently serving his third term as a member of the House of Representatives, representing the Kanagawa 10th district. Born in Nagoya, he previously worked in the nightlife industry before serving as a secretary to lawmaker Koji Matsui for approximately ten years. After an unsuccessful bid for the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly in 2013, he founded a facility for child development support. Kanemura was first elected to the Diet in 2021 and has since held leadership roles within the Nippon Ishin no Kai, including serving as a standing executive and deputy secretary-general of the party.
