Profile
Dakila Carlo Enriquez Cua is a Filipino politician currently serving as the Governor of Quirino, a position he has held since 2019 and previously from 2007 to 2010. He served as the Representative for the Lone District of Quirino in the House of Representatives from 2010 to 2019, where he chaired committees on Ecology and Ways and Means. A graduate of the University of the Philippines, Cua began his political career as the youngest vice governor of the country in 2001. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on youth development, tourism, and livelihood programs, and was a principal author of the TRAIN Law and the legislation establishing Quirino State University.
