Dan Deasy is an American politician serving as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. A member of the Democratic Party, he represents the 27th legislative district. Before his tenure in the state legislature, Deasy worked as a foreman for the Pittsburgh Department of Public Works and served on the Pittsburgh City Council. In addition to his legislative duties, he has held the position of chairman of the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority and serves as the Democratic Chair of the Liquor Control Committee.
