Dana Castañeda

Dana Castañeda is a Panamanian politician currently serving as the President of the National Assembly of Panama, a position she assumed in July 2024. A lawyer by profession, she has held a seat in the National Assembly for multiple terms, including service between 2009 and 2019. Castañeda holds degrees in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama, as well as master's degrees in Higher Education and Procedural Law.
