Daniel Ennis is an Irish politician and community activist serving as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dublin Central constituency since 2026. Before his election to the Dáil, he served as a Dublin City Councillor for the North Inner City from 2024 to 2026. A former professional footballer who played for clubs including Bohemians and Shelbourne, Ennis is also known for his community work, particularly as the vice-chairman of East Wall Bessborough FC, a club focused on supporting at-risk youth. He has been a vocal advocate for improved sports infrastructure in Dublin's north inner city.
