Dave Doogan

Dave Doogan is a Scottish politician who has served as the Leader of the Scottish National Party in the House of Commons since May 2026. He has been the Member of Parliament for Angus and Perthshire Glens since 2024, having previously represented the Angus constituency from 2019. Before his parliamentary career, Doogan worked as an aircraft engineer for the Ministry of Defence and served as a councillor for Perth and Kinross Council, where he led the SNP group. He is a graduate of the University of Dundee.
