Dave Hinman

Dave Hinman is an American politician currently serving as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 103 since his election in 2022. Before entering state politics, he spent 35 years working for the QuikTrip corporation and served as an alderman on the O'Fallon city council. Throughout his career, Hinman has been involved in local governance, including roles on the Planning and Zoning Commission and the St. Charles County Municipal League. In the legislature, he has focused on various regulatory issues, including sponsoring legislation regarding child labor standards and the regulation of intoxicating hemp products in Missouri.
