David Dolan is an American politician and judge currently serving as a member of the Missouri House of Representatives for the 148th district, having been elected in 2024. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, he pursued a legal career before entering politics, serving as a prosecuting attorney and an associate circuit judge in Scott and Mississippi counties. In 1998, he was appointed as a circuit judge for the 33rd Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri. He is a graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law.
