Bonnie Cullison

Bonnie Cullison is an American politician and educator who has served as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 19 since 2011. A speech-language pathologist and former special education teacher, she has been a prominent advocate for labor rights, healthcare access, and LGBTQ+ equality throughout her legislative career. Her policy work includes supporting the Prescription Drug Affordability Board, expanding Medicaid coverage for gender-affirming care, and banning conversion therapy for minors. Cullison has held several leadership roles within the House, including deputy majority whip and vice chair of the Health and Government Operations Committee. She announced in early 2026 that she would not seek re-election.
