David Idris Zacharias

David Idris Zacharias is a Nigerian politician and member of the Federal House of Representatives, representing the Idah/Ibaji/Igalamela/Ofu federal constituency of Kogi State. Born in Ejule, he pursued a degree in sociology at the University of Abuja and built a career as a businessman with interests in real estate before entering national politics. Active in community development and humanitarian efforts, he founded the David Zacharias Foundation to support education and welfare initiatives, and has been a vocal advocate against violent crime and social vices in his constituency.
