David Langner is a German politician who has served as the Mayor of Koblenz since May 1, 2018. A member of the Social Democratic Party (SPD), he previously held the position of State Secretary in the Ministry for Social Affairs, Labor, Health, and Demography of Rhineland-Palatinate from 2013 to 2018. Earlier in his career, Langner served as a member of the Rhineland-Palatinate State Parliament and was active in local municipal politics. He was re-elected as Mayor in 2025.
