David Marit is a Canadian politician serving as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, representing the electoral district of Wood River. First elected in the 2016 provincial election, he has held significant roles within the provincial government, including serving as the Minister of Agriculture in the cabinet of Premier Scott Moe since 2018. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Minister of Highways and Infrastructure under the government of Brad Wall from 2016 to 2018. He continues to be an active member of the Saskatchewan Party.
