David Piccini is a Canadian politician serving as the Ontario Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development since 2023. First elected to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario in 2018 representing Northumberland—Peterborough South, he previously served as the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks. Before his political career, he worked with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and co-founded the Canadian International Health Education Association. His tenure has been marked by the introduction of the Working for Workers Four Act and recent scrutiny regarding the management of the Skills Development Fund.
