David Sinclair

David Sinclair is an American politician and lawyer currently serving as a member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing the 50th district since November 2023. Prior to his election to the state legislature, he served two terms on the Bath City Council from 2008 to 2014 and unsuccessfully ran for District Attorney of Maine's sixth Prosecutorial District in 2014. Sinclair is a graduate of Brandeis University and the University of Maine School of Law, and he maintains a private legal practice.
