David Willetts

David Willetts is a British politician and life peer who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 2015. Previously, he was the Member of Parliament for Havant from 1992 to 2015 and served as Minister of State for Universities and Science from 2010 to 2014. A former Treasury official and head of the Centre for Policy Studies, he is known for his expertise in pensions, education policy, and the concept of civic conservatism. He currently chairs the UK Space Agency's board and the Regulatory Innovation Office.
