Gareth Davies

Gareth Davies is a British Conservative politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Grantham and Bourne since 2024, having previously represented Grantham and Stamford from 2019. Before entering politics, he had a successful career in the investment industry, working for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Within Parliament, he has held various roles, including Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury from 2023 to 2024, and currently serves as the Shadow Financial Secretary to the Treasury. Davies is known for his focus on economic policy, private capital, and infrastructure investment, and he is a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government.
