Davit Kacharava is a Georgian politician and former professional rugby union player. Born in Tbilisi, he had an extensive rugby career representing Georgia internationally with numerous caps and playing for various clubs in France and Russia. Transitioning into politics, he has served as a member of the Parliament of Georgia since December 2020, initially representing the Georgian Dream party before joining the People's Power party in August 2022.
