Dawn Gillman

Dawn Gillman is an American politician serving as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives for District 17A since 2023. Before her election to the state legislature, she served for six years on the Dassel city council. Gillman gained public attention as the founder of the organization "Let Them Play," which advocated for the resumption of youth sports during the COVID-19 pandemic. In the state legislature, she serves on several committees, including Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy, Human Services Finance, and Sustainable Infrastructure Policy.
