Shelly Boshart Davis

Shelly Boshart Davis is an American politician and small business owner serving as a member of the Oregon House of Representatives for District 15. Raised in the Mid-Willamette Valley, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University and co-owns Boshart Trucking. Since assuming office in 2019, she has focused on agricultural and business policy, serving on committees related to labor, land use, and carbon reduction. In 2025, she was named as a defendant in a federal civil rights lawsuit regarding alleged interference with First Amendment rights, a case that remains pending.
