Debra Heffernan

Debra Heffernan is an American politician serving as a Democratic member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 6 since 2010. A member of the centrist wing of the Delaware Democratic Party, she has consistently won re-election in her district, including a notable victory over an incumbent Republican in her initial 2010 campaign. Heffernan holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science in environmental toxicology from Duke University.
