Declan O'Scanlon is an American politician serving as a member of the New Jersey Senate for the 13th Legislative District since 2018. Before his election to the Senate, he served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 2008 to 2018 and was a member of the Little Silver Borough Council. A graduate of Monmouth University, O'Scanlon is also the CEO of FSD Enterprises, a wireless telecommunications consulting firm. Throughout his legislative career, he has focused on infrastructure, transportation policy, and fiscal issues, including advocating for the removal of the state's ban on self-service gas stations.
