Dedi Mulyadi is an Indonesian politician and activist currently serving as the 15th Governor of West Java since February 2025. A traditionalist influenced by Sundanese culture and Sufism, he previously served as the Regent of Purwakarta from 2008 to 2018 and as a member of the People's Representative Council. Mulyadi is known for his emphasis on ancestral values, environmental conservation, and a philosophy of spiritual harmony between humanity and nature. He transitioned from the Golkar party to Gerindra in 2023.
