Delegada Ione

Ione Maria Moreira Dias Barbosa, known professionally as Delegada Ione, is a Brazilian politician and police officer currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Minas Gerais. Since taking office in 2023, she has focused on public security, administration, and public service, notably serving as the chairwoman of the Committee on Administration and Public Service starting in 2026. Her legislative work includes a strong emphasis on public safety, crime prevention, and the protection of women's rights.
