Delores McQuinn

Delores L. McQuinn is an American politician and ordained minister serving as a member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing the 81st district. First elected to the House in 2009, she previously served on the Richmond School Board and the Richmond City Council, where she held leadership roles including Vice-Mayor. Throughout her legislative career, she has focused on education, transportation, and appropriations, currently chairing the Transportation Committee. She is an alumna of Virginia Commonwealth University and Virginia Union University.
