Denis Bećirović is a Bosnian politician, historian, and professor serving as the Bosniak member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2022, as well as chairman of the Presidency. A member of the Social Democratic Party (SDP BiH) since 1993, he previously served in both chambers of the national parliament, including the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples. He has also worked as an academic specializing in contemporary history at the University of Tuzla.
