Dennis Rogan, Baron Rogan is a Northern Irish unionist politician and businessman who has served as a life peer in the House of Lords since 1999. He has held the position of Deputy Speaker of the House of Lords since 2018 and has served as the leader of the Ulster Unionist Party in the House of Lords since 2009. A prominent figure in Northern Irish politics, Lord Rogan previously served as president of the Ulster Unionist Party from 2004 to 2006. Beyond his parliamentary duties, he is a successful businessman, having founded and managed several companies including Dennis Rogan & Associates. He is a vocal supporter of Britain's exit from the European Union and has been active in various parliamentary groups, including co-chairing the British-Taiwanese all-party parliamentary group.
