Desmond Tan Kok Ming is a Singaporean politician and former brigadier-general who currently serves as a Member of Parliament for the Pasir Ris–Changi Group Representation Constituency. Since 2024, he has held the position of Senior Minister of State in the Prime Minister's Office and serves as the Deputy Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress. Prior to his political career, he spent 28 years in the Singapore Armed Forces and served as the chief executive director of the People's Association.
