Edward Chia Bing Hui is a Singaporean politician and businessman who has served as a Member of Parliament for the Holland–Bukit Timah Group Representation Constituency since 2020. A member of the People's Action Party, he currently serves as the deputy chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee for Finance, Trade and Industry, and Transport. Before entering politics, Chia was a prominent entrepreneur, co-founding the Timbre Group and later establishing various consultancies focused on urban transformation and sustainable circular economy solutions. He is recognized for his advocacy in supporting local culinary and musical talents, as well as his community initiatives in the Zhenghua ward, including job support taskforces and food security programs for vulnerable households.
