Dieter Arnold

Dieter Arnold is a German politician and member of the Landtag of Bavaria, representing the Upper Palatinate constituency since 2023. A trained carpenter and former professional soldier with the Bundeswehr, he spent 25 years working in the security services industry before entering politics. Arnold joined the Alternative for Germany (AfD) in 2017, citing the 2015 refugee crisis as his primary motivation. He currently serves on the committees for Europe, the Environment, and Petitions within the state parliament.
