Dieynaba Diop

Dieynaba Diop is a French politician of Senegalese descent who currently serves as a member of the French National Assembly for the 9th constituency of Yvelines, elected in 2024 as part of the New Popular Front. A professional history and geography teacher, she previously held various local government roles in Les Mureaux, including deputy mayor. Within the Socialist Party, she has served as a national spokesperson since 2018 and as the first federal secretary for the Yvelines branch. Additionally, she is a regional councillor for Île-de-France and holds a leadership position within the Parliamentary Assembly of the Francophonie.
