Dina Neal is an American politician serving as a member of the Nevada Senate, representing District 4 since 2020. Prior to her election to the Senate, she served in the Nevada Assembly, where she was first elected in 2010. Neal is an educator and a member of the National Black Caucus of State Legislators. She is the daughter of former Nevada State Senator Joe Neal and holds a Juris Doctor from the Southern University Law Center.
