Dominique Vérien

Dominique Vérien is a French politician serving as a Senator for the Yonne department since 2017. An engineer by profession, she previously worked in public works before entering local politics, where she served as the mayor of Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye and as a regional councillor for Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. In the Senate, she is a member of the Law Commission and was elected president of the delegation for women's rights in 2023. She is a member of the Union of Democrats and Independents (UDI).
