Dotie Joseph is an American politician serving as a member of the Florida House of Representatives for the 108th district. First elected to the state legislature in 2018, Joseph made history in 2022 by becoming the first Haitian-American to serve as Minority Leader Pro Tempore in a U.S. state or federal legislative body.
