Édouard Philippe

Édouard Philippe is a French politician currently serving as the Mayor of Le Havre. A graduate of Sciences Po and the École nationale d'administration, he previously served as Prime Minister of France from 2017 to 2020 under President Emmanuel Macron. Initially associated with the center-right UMP and Les Républicains, he later founded the party Horizons in 2021, positioning it within the presidential majority.
