Dušan Ljubišić is a Serbian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Ruma. Born in 1978 in Vršac, he holds a law degree from the University of Novi Sad. Before his election as mayor in July 2024, he served as the head of the Ruma Municipal Administration from 2013 to 2024 and was elected president of the local branch of the Serbian Progressive Party in 2023. His administration focuses on infrastructure development, traffic safety, and the promotion of local economic investment.
