Park Duk-heum is a South Korean politician currently serving as the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly. A four-term lawmaker representing the Boeun, Okcheon, Yeongdong, and Goesan constituency in North Chungcheong Province, he has been a prominent member of the People Power Party. Before entering politics, Park had an extensive career in civil engineering and construction, serving as the chairman of the Korea Specialty Construction Association and holding various leadership roles in construction policy research institutes. Throughout his parliamentary career, he has focused on land, infrastructure, and transport issues, as well as agricultural and environmental policy.
