Young-seok Yoon is a South Korean politician currently serving his fourth consecutive term as a member of the National Assembly, representing the Yangsan-si Gap constituency. A graduate of Sungkyunkwan University and Duke University, he began his career as a government official after passing the civil service examination in 1994. Throughout his parliamentary tenure, he has held significant leadership roles, including chairing the Strategy and Finance Committee and the Special Committee on Advanced Strategic Industries. He is a prominent member of the People Power Party and has been actively involved in policy areas ranging from economic reform and small business support to foreign affairs and national security.
