Dulce Ann Hofer is a Filipina politician and educator currently serving as the Governor of Zamboanga Sibugay, a position she has held since 2022. Prior to her governorship, she served multiple terms in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the 2nd legislative district of Zamboanga Sibugay. During her congressional tenure, she chaired the House Committee on Higher and Technical Education and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs. Hofer holds a Doctor of Public Administration and has an extensive academic background in business and public governance. She is also a lieutenant colonel in the Philippine Air Force reserve.
