Sarah Elago is a Filipino politician and activist currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives for the Gabriela Women's Party. Previously, she served in the House from 2016 to 2022 representing the Kabataan Party-list, during which she was the youngest female lawmaker in the chamber. A graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman, Elago is a prominent advocate for youth rights, free education, gender equality, and the decriminalization of abortion. Throughout her career, she has been a vocal member of the Makabayan bloc, consistently supporting progressive policies and challenging government corruption.
