Duong Minh Anh is a Vietnamese politician, educator, and former professional singer. Currently serving as a full-time Deputy to the 16th National Assembly of Vietnam representing Hanoi, she is a member of the Committee for Culture and Education. Before her political career, she was a member of the popular music group Tam ca 3A and served as the Principal of the Hanoi College of Art. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Management and has held leadership roles in the Hanoi Women's Union.
