Dương Ngọc Hải

Duong Ngoc Hai is a Vietnamese politician serving as a Member of the National Assembly of Vietnam for the 15th term representing Ho Chi Minh City, as well as the Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. He has built a long career within the legal and judicial system of Ho Chi Minh City, previously holding positions such as Director of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Procuracy, Head of the Internal Affairs Commission of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, and Chairman of the Inspection Commission of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee.
